Our delivery times are split in two parts: artwork creation time and transit time. Artwork creation is the time it takes to produce your art. Transit time is the time it takes to ship your order to your door.

Artwork Creation
You can usually expect to see your artwork proof in on later than 2 weeks after placing your order! And you could purchase the additional service to send your order to our artists before all other orders awaiting artwork creation.

Transit Time
Shipping takes 2-3 weeks depending on the locations.
Please allow a slightly longer delivery time, due to the coronavirus pandemic. Thank you.

United States: Free Tracked shipping
Japan, South Korea, Thailand, HK: $9.95 Tracked shipping
UK, Canada, EU: $14.95 Tracked shipping
Rest of World: $19.95 Tracked shipping
Note: the fees don't apply to some particular large items as shown at the checkout.
